Jordan Associates Inc. is a national award winning landscape architecture firm located in Laconia, New Hampshire. The firm, now in its 20th year, provides residential landscape design and land use planning through out New England and beyond.

Jordan Associates is led by Timothy Jordan, ASLA. Prior to founding Jordan Associates Inc, Tim was Senior Vice President of Matarazzo Design, a landscape planning and architecture firm based in Concord, NH. Tim helped grow that company to a 65 person firm that became an Inc. 500 company.
Local community service has been an important focus of our company over the years. Tim has led or participated in charettes for the following projects in Laconia: Allen Rogers, Normandin Square, Scott Williams Building, Downtown Laconia, Laconia River Walk, Reuse of old Police Station parcel and development of the City Hall Parking Lot, Lakeport/Elm St, Weirs Beach and the Belknap Mill. He was a founding board member of Laconia Main Street, former Laconia Planning Board member and River Walk Committee member.
Tim holds a B.S. in Landscape Architecture from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. He is also a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects.
